About the event
Join us for our first Science on Tap series of 2020 at an exciting new venue, The Big Rip Brewing Company! This event will feature Dr. Kaela Varberg, Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Kansas Medical Center, presenting "Developmental Origins: A Critical Window into Future Health", and Karla Terrazas-Falcon, PhD candidate at the Stowers Institute for Medical Research presenting "From Basic Science to Human Disease: How We Use Basic Research to Develop Preventative Therapies". This free event is open to the general public and all ages, and light food and snacks will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!
